He was with the Indian Hotels for nearly 30 years and was leading its sales and marketing function in his most recent assignment. He has been part of its growth story since then. He is currently the Group CFO and supervises the finance, governance and IT functions.&nbsp;</p> <p>A graduate from Loyola College in Madras, he subsequently obtained professional qualifications in Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy and Company Secretarial. He also holds a diploma in systems analysis. He has held several senior positions in consulting and industry. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant from A F Ferguson and Co, he worked with them for five years as a Senior Consultant with their management consultancy division. During this tenure he supervised a variety of engagements, both within and outside India. In this role, Adil aligns our efforts and drives synergies across geographies and markets to develop a strong portfolio of global brands. As brand custodian, he focuses on overall health, profitability and premiumization of brands across various markets. He has over 30 years of global experience in the Human Resources function and has worked with the Tata group for 24 years. Prior to joining Tata Global Beverages, he headed the Human Resources function, including Learning and Development, for the Americas and Europe for the Taj Group of Hotels based out of New York. Prior to joining Tetley Steve worked for Coca-cola as a financial analyst then Product Manager. He then joined Cadbury Beverages Canada as a product manager moving onto Business Manager for a number of brands within Cadbury, including (Allied Brands, Welch&#39;s and Motts). He was then appointed District Sales Manager until moving to Tetley.</p> <p>Steve joined Tetley in 1999 as a Marketing Manager and was appointed VP Marketing in 2004. Nigel is also Executive Director and Chairman of Joekels Tea Packers Ltd (SA); as well as an Executive Director of the UK Tea Council. With a degree and MBA in Economics, Nigel joined the Tetley Group in 1998 as Marketing Controller, having previously worked in various consumer marketing positions for a number of leading FMCG brands, including Scottish &amp; Newcastle Breweries, Kraft Jacobs Suchard and Boots Healthcare International. A year later Nigel became Marketing Director and in 2002 he was appointed Commercial Director for the UK business, which later extended to responsibility for Western Europe and Australia. Some of his previous roles include Marketing Head for India, Team Leader of a Venture Team based in UK and Senior Director (Marketing and Business Development) for Tata Starbucks. In his most recent role, he was the Global Brand Director of Tata Global Beverages. Pradeep has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Special Projects at Tata Global Beverages Limited in the past. He has over thirty years&rsquo; experience in the consumer sector having held positions at senior level positions at Glaxo India and Heinz, where he was Managing Director, Indian and South Asia for over 8 years. Pradeep has also been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Monsanto India Ltd. He assumed duties at Watawala Plantations as its CEO in the year 1997 and has since helped it grow into one of the largest tea plantation companies in Sri Lanka. Vish Govindasamy is also closely associated with the Planters&#39; Association of Ceylon and the Employers&#39; Federation of Ceylon for the Plantation Sector and has travelled worldwide extensively to promote the sector. He is also Director at TAJ Lanka Hotels PLC and Chairman at Tata Communication Lanka Ltd. He joined Tata Coffee in the year 1999 as Vice President (Plantations) and was promoted as Executive Director (Plantations) with effect from 3rd January, 2005. Prior to joining Tata Coffee, Mr. Huq was with Tata Tea since 1972 and held various senior positions in the Company. Sanjiv has held the position of Regional President- South Asia of Tata Global Beverages since 2010. During his tenure, he has significantly strengthened Tata Global Beverages&rsquo; position in the Indian branded tea market. Sanjiv has over 38 years of experience in a variety of significant roles. Prior to his stint at Tata Global Beverages, he held the position of Executive Director-Business Development at Tata Coffee Limited. He has global experience with leading international organizations, including sixteen years at Cadbury Schweppes in the Philippines, Egypt, India and the U.K, his last assignment being Country Director &ndash; Cadbury Philippines.</p> <p>Sanjiv graduated from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines with a Distinction and has a Masters in Economics from Bombay University, where he graduated with a Gold Medal.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
